-No smoking inside the apartment (smoking on the balconies).
-Respect the other tenants and do not make noise.
-We are not responsible for the damage or problem that may cause a third person in the apartment and building, which was not the one who rented it. (Girls)
-Leave the apartment clean as you found it from the cotrary pay cleaning service at the end of the stay (25 us). If you pay it at Airbnb fly this rule.
-Can not use the swimming pool before 9:00pm.
-We give you an inventory of items you have to receive and finally deliver us in perfect condition, otherwise certain restrictions apply.
-Please try how much you are not in the apartment , not to leave the Ac on.
-We show you the electricity meter corresponding to your apartment, which will start with an initial numbering on the day of your check-in, in which you can look or see your consumption on daily basis, if you wish. We will give you a considerable limit of total energy, deducting your time of stay in our condominiums. If you pass our limit of Kw (Energy) that we give you, you will be charged an extra for each Kw of additional consumption. It will cost 1kw = $pesos. Our guests have never had a problem with this measure. If the guest for any reason wants to leave their air conditioners on the whole day they know they will have to pay extra Kw.
