Call Me Francis is a charming, light-filled four bedroom, three bath, three level Cape Cod, on the edge of “The Hill,” just steps away from all downtown Saugatuck has to offer. This freshly decorated and painted home boasts two comfortable common areas and three levels, so family and friends can vacation in comfort.
INSIDE THE HOME
This three level home is the ideal getaway for extended families or friends to vacation together in comfort. As you enter the front door, you'll notice the clean tile entrance hallway and coat closet on your left, and the light-filled living room with plenty of comfortable seating with a new gas fireplace. Down the hall is the main floor bath with tub and shower set conveniently between the two main floor bedrooms, one of which has king bed, and the other two queen beds with new duvets, pillows, and cozy linens. Hardwood floors are throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed and bright with a large dining table and access to the lower level and screened porch with white porch furniture and comfortable, cushioned, seating – a perfect place to relax after a day of fun in town or at the nearby wineries, golf course, or beach. Just beyond the screened porch is the brick patio with tables and chairs, ready for al fresco dining.
Upstairs you'll be greeted by a clean, bright space that features a twin daybed and trundle in the large nook at the top of the stairs. From there, you will enter a spacious bedroom with a gorgeous king sleigh-bed, and down the hall is a roomy bathroom with a bidet, dressing table, and separate tub and shower.
The lower level is equally fresh, clean, and newly appointed. As you come down the stairs, you'll see the large family room with a leather sofa and comfortable chairs, tv and a foosball table. The lower level full bathroom with shower and the separate laundry room are off the main room. The twin daybed and trundle is located in this common space. Through a door at the end of the family room is another freshly painted and comfortable queen bedroom.

The back patio and table await you, as does the charming sitting area that is the screened porch. Croquet can be played under the beautiful trees in the large front yard.
