Bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Kitchen appliances are full size, with gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and all the cookware you might need if you decide to cook a meal.
Living area has TV for streaming, Futon - equal to a full size bed. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout.
It's on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
Please note there is a Ring Camera at the unit door.

This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Sound Machine and earplugs will be provided.
Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play!
