Summary: We had a beautiful stay at this apartment in Las Terrenas. The unit was very clean when we arrived and much bigger than we expected, which made it really comfortable for our group. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location could not have been better—right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and food options. It was also very convenient to have both on-site parking and additional parking outside. We did have one issue with the air conditioner not working for a day, but once we notified the front desk, it was fixed quickly. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the owner came across as a bit rude at times, which affected our experience slightly. Another thing to note is that there is no working elevator. There is one in the building, but it seemed to be out of order during our stay. Since the building is three stories, carrying luggage up the stairs can be difficult, and you may need to pay someone to help bring your bags up. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, we had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, the area felt safe and friendly, and the beach and nearby amenities made it a wonderful place to stay. We would still recommend it for the location, space, and cleanliness.
