This condo townhouse, which covers an area of 60 square meters, offers a comfortable experience with the Las Pascualas Resort beach 5 minutes to walk. The fully equipped kitchen provides enough space and modern amenities for cooking enthusiasts and those who prefer home-cooked meals. The kitchen furniture is somewhat outdated but is clean and functional. The extremely large terrace offers stunning views of the resort and a partial seaview, and is an ideal spot to unwind, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine. The in-suite bathrooms with a hot and cold water create a sanctuary of relaxation. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners and backup batteries in case of power outage.

A Bar/Restaurant is located at the beach area and provide you with delicious food & drinks. The kid's pool in the center of resort is not equipped with shadows or sun loungers. Most of the resort stuff speak Spanish only. If you need any help, you can ask our manager Tatiana who speaks Russian, English and Spanish and is in charge of everything going up in our house.

There are no large restaurants or supermarkets in this area, but you can buy some food, fruits and vegetables in the resort's mini-market or in a small Dominican private stores across the road. The cosest city is Samana which is in 15 min. to drive from the resort. You can get over there on a shuttle bus that is going between Sanches and Samana. The shuttle is coming directly to the large supermarket and a local food market. You can find a Currency exchange bank and a lot of local restaurants and shops over there.
