4 Bedroom House in Oscoda
Come experience a piece of paradise at The River House. Located on 100 feet on the AuSable River. This large home has 2 kitchens and 2 washer and dryers! One for each floor. There is one bedroom on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. It is a 4 bedroom home with ample sleeping spaces- plenty of room for two families! Each bedroom also has portable fans. The upper deck is for adults only (spacing of railing is large). Not recommended for little kids. The main floor bathroom has a roll in shower. This home has all you need for a relaxing time! It's in a perfect location right at the mouth of the river, that leads out to Lake Huron. You can bring your own boat to tie out on the seawall or just throw a line in the water to catch a fish or two. Property is year round. For those that love to fish, winter and spring fishing is awesome we have been told. :) If your family and friends love to hang out riverside, it is perfect to throw a line in the water or float down stream. There is a boat launch at the end of the street that you can motor up to the property. Water is shallow in some areas depending on time of the year. The AuSable River Canoe Marathon also comes through this river. It is such a delight to see the race!
