Review Score: 6

Summary: The restaurant opens at 7. The employees didn’t show up till later. No one started the coffee so no coffee when they opened. I understand it is DR, however, no one spoke any English. No menu in English. I can function iN Spanish but a nice hotel should have a bilingual staff.
