Our home is great for your work trip, family holiday or a couples getaway! It’s between San Francisco, the Bay Area & Santa Cruz. So, it serves as a great hub when touring this area.

Devour the crisp ocean air, or enjoy the California sun from our large sundeck. Listen to the Ocean while you enjoy your morning coffee.

~ The House ~
Enter our property through a large private driveway. You have parking for 2 cars. Our home is on the cul-de-sac of a quiet coastal community with large homes. So, there’s no noise from traffic or people. This makes listening to the ocean very therapeutic.

This home is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story house in Moss Beach, CA.
You’ll experience the coastal family charm of our home as you enter the main door.

- on the left is a bright family room with large windows. It has a sofa-loveseat-armchair set, 65” smartTV, coffee table & side tables with decorative flowers.
- on the right is an 8-seater dining area with a gorgeous sputnik chandelier.
- straight ahead is another large kitchen with access to a huge sundeck/balcony.
- to the right is the hallway that leads to 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

The living room is spacious & has large bright windows. It’s furnished with a premium sofa-set, coffee table, a 65” smart TV, and side tables with many ocean art pieces & decorative flowers. This TV stand also has an electric fireplace. The large windows offer gorgeous views & brighten the space. This creates a friendly & warm setting for work travels & family holidays by the coast.

The formal dining area has a massive 8-seater dining table! A gorgeous sputnik chandelier brightens the space. Our home is perfect for large groups or smaller intimate family events.

Our kitchen is large enough to host a feast! Our kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials including kitchen utensils, pots & pans, dishes, glasses & more. There’s lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.

The balcony/sundeck has outdoor furniture. It can host 6 to 8 guests! This is a great place to enjoy the evening sunset, listen to the surf break on a quiet night or enjoy the crisp ocean air in the morning.

The laundry area has a washer & dryer for longer stays/stay-cation!

~ SLEEP & SHOWER ARRANGEMENTS ~

Our 2 bedroom house is furnished with 2 King sized beds. This affords comfort & space for large groups. There are 2 full bathrooms in this house.

*King beds can sleep 3 young adults.
These are numbers we hear from other guests. However, we request you to make bookings based on your preferences & comfort. We do not provide extra bedding or mattresses.

* Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2-3): The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. It has a full ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2-3): The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed. There’s a full bathroom that serves this bedroom. This bathroom has a shower, toilet & vanity sink

Our home is a minute away from the scenic Pacific Coast Highway (aka Highway 1) and most Bay Area cities are easily reached.
- San Francisco is 30 mins away
- Half Moon Bay & Princeton-by-the-Sea harbor are 5 mins away
- Pacifica is 10 mins
- San Mateo & Redwood City are just 25 mins away!
- San Francisco Airport (SFO) is 25 mins away

~ Guest access ~
- Free parking on the driveway for 2 cars (no street parking)
- Full access to the entire home on the 2nd floor.
- Full access to the sundeck.
- No access to the backyard.
- There's another vacation home on that 1st floor that has backyard access. While all spaces are separate, the foyer is the only common area shared by both homes.
- Laundry room with washer & dryer is in the unit & you have full access.

~ Other things to note ~
We are proud partners with the National Forest Foundation - Planting trees in forests near Lake Tahoe. We also donate to the Carbon Fund & OneTreePlanted organization that plants trees across forests in the Sierra Nevada region.

3 room heaters are provided for you to use. We also have 2 additional wall-mounted electric heaters in the kitchen & master bedroom for you to use.
