In just a short 4-minute walk, you can enjoy beach front restaurants with bars, shopping and 2 famous beach clubs. A short drive or Uber to major shopping plazas, supermarkets, night-life and other nearby attractions.
The property has a pool, jacuzzi, covered gazebo and is beautifully landscaped. Located on the 3rd floor, you can sit out day or night on a very spacious fully-furnished balcony and enjoy the tropical breeze. This condo has 2 large bedrooms with smart TVs, closets and drawers (master bedroom has a king bed and in-suite bathroom), (2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds), living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Air conditioning and Bedrooms are equipped with central air-condition and ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms.
