There are 2 living areas, well-appointed kitchen, a BBQ, games, three large screen smart TVs, a propane fire pit, a large sturdy dock (great for those renting or bringing their own boat), stationary bike, several decks/patios w/ plenty of patio furniture, & two kayaks!
