This magnificent contemporary-style villa is set against a small hill offering a fantastic view of Playa Bonita and Playa Coson, from one side and a panorama of the future golf course and the green hills from the other. Its straight lines, top-quality materials, and negative edge pool Casa Mango exudes comfort and relaxation. At the heart of the Bonita Village residential complex, guests can avail of the beach club, the large swimming pool, the restaurant, and the mini-market.
The house is composed of very different parts:
- Upstairs, the night area with 4 bedrooms, downstairs the day area with living rooms, kitchen, large veranda and negative edge pool. This split-level 350 mt² villa has 4 bedrooms. Access to the second floor is by a beautiful solid wood staircase at the top of which a footbridge leads to the bedrooms.
On the left, the spacious and airy Master Suite opens onto a private terrace where you can quietly contemplate the immensity of the ocean stretching as far as the eye can see. Finely decorated, the suite has a walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom, and a kingsize bed.
The right-hand side of this floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace, and 2 large bathrooms. The first 2 rooms have queen-sized beds while the third room has bunk beds to sleep 4 kids.
- The main entrance to the house on the day level leads directly to 2 large living rooms, one equipped with a big LCD TV, DVD player, and multimedia HiFi system -to the right a WC with washbasin. Next comes the kitchen area: fully equipped with state-of-the-art domestic appliances and leading onto an immense covered veranda constituting a dining room and comfortable living room. This open-air area also leads to an impressive negative edge swimming pool where the view blends in with the natural turquoise horizon.
