Villa 31 is a spacious (6,881 sq. ft.), luxurious Mediterranean styled villa located at Sea Horse Ranch, a world-renowned and exclusive gated oceanfront villa resort in Sosua-Cabarete, on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. It has all the comforts and amenities you require for a truly outstanding and memorable holiday. Furnishings are in teak and rattan with lots of soft cushions and pillows, and original art featuring Dominican artists.
Living Areas:
The dining, recreation and living areas are arranged in an open floor plan that also allows separation and privacy when that is desired. The entire back of the villa opens to interconnect with the large veranda that overlooks the pool. Movable doors can be completely or partially closed, to separate the living and/or dining areas from the veranda, for privacy when you want to have a more formal dinner or more intimate socializing in the living room.
Bedrooms:
The villa features 5 large air-conditioned bedrooms. There is a completely private master suite on the 2nd floor that features a king-size bed, private terrace overlooking the pool, walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom that includes glass enclosed double rainfall showers and an outside jacuzzi. Additional master with King size bed shares the second floor and terrace.
A romantic third master is located in a separate guesthouse connected by a thatched roof walkway. It has a king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, private veranda and a bathroom with enchanting outside double showers. Two additional large bedrooms are located in the main house on the first floor and have queen-size beds and private baths, one with both inside and outside showers.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with breakfast bar.
Pool and Gardens:
The beautiful freeform shaped pool directly off the main veranda of the house is large enough for doing laps or just relaxing in the water. It is surrounded by a fieldstone patio and terraced lawns and gardens, all enclosed by a stone wall and shrubbery at the back and sides of the property that offer complete privacy. There is also a cozy hideaway with a stone bench and table hidden away in a shady corner of the yard for quiet reading and relaxation.
