There's room for everyone on the spacious first floor, that includes a sunroom, breakfast nook, 2 living areas, dining and kitchen. Retreat upstairs by taking the grand staircase or the "secret" servant staircase off the kitchen to reach one of five bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has it's own half-bath. The house has a mix of King-size beds, twins, bunks, fulls, and sleeper sofas so ALL of your friends and family will have a bed - up to 20 people! There is a grassy front yard, fenced-in backyard and long driveway, which makes it fun and easy to hang out after a football game.
