We’re 20 minutes from Puerto Plata airport, 5mins drive to Cabarete town centre and walking distance to a range of restaurants, shops and attractions local to Kite Beach.

Please note: this is a 3 bedroom penthouse that can be rented separately as a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartment. Both apartments have separate entrances and there is no shared space. There is a private corridor that separates the 2 bedroom apartment from the 1 bedroom apartment.
During your stay, you'll have access to all hotel amenities - swimming pool, deck chairs, onsite bar/restaurant, onsite garden and kite pack down area, area-wide wifi.
PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to bring a car, you must contact us in advance to reserve a space in the car park. Spaces are limited and you may be asked to park on the street directly outside the hotel during busy periods.
Other things to note
PRIVATE HOMES: We’re happy to welcome you into our privately-owned home, but please keep in mind that we don’t operate like a hotel with on-call concierge services or anything like that. And although we aim to provide exactly what’s detailed on this listing, at times a particular item may be missing (usually because a prior guest accidentally broke it and didn’t inform us). In that case, please just kindly let us know about it, and we’ll do our best to replace it as soon as possible.
REPAIRS: Please keep in mind is that you are vacationing in the Caribbean, which means that although the ocean is warm, the tropical fruit is plentiful, and the mojitos are fantastic: things here move a lot slower than what you might be used to. So in the event that something stops functioning during your stay, the repair process might not be as efficient as it is back home. In that event, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we do our very best to speed things along.
BEACH : Lastly, please note that although we guarantee quality, well-priced accommodation, we cannot guarantee the wind, waves, sea conditions, tide patterns or sand levels. Cabarete is an authentic Caribbean holiday location. Our beaches are stunningly wild & don’t suffer from modern eye soars like concrete sea walls and piles of boulders. Of course, with this positive comes the negative of being exposed to natural changes in tides & ocean patterns. This means that at times the beach may be huge, at other times the beach may entirely disappear. There is no rule or pattern to these changes & we ask guests to fully appreciate that these natural phenomena are entirely out of our control.
