Let's start with the outdoor living spaces, the house's real asset. Sports enthusiasts and sunbathers will enjoy the large swimming pool running along both sides of the property, with its central lane and recessed areas. The large deck and its 10 sun loungers sheltered by 3 large parasols will comfortably accommodate every guest. Out of sight, the entire garden is planted with the lush vegetation so popular with holidaymakers... a complete change of scenery guaranteed! Last but not least, the terrace features a pool table and Jacuzzi for unforgettable warm summer evenings.
Not far from there is the villa's central living room, with its large, comfortable sofa inviting you to discuss and relax! Open to the garden and patio, the structure of this space lets in the lush, tropical vegetation that surrounds it. This space has been designed in the best possible way to offer you a living experience in the heart of the Caribbean.
The villa also features 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, outdoor shower, dressing room and intimate terrace. Quality bedding, linens and furnishings offer comfort and rest.
Finally, the dining area is made up of a succession of kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, connecting all the spaces with elegance and fluidity. Each dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units! You will be able to enjoy every space of this totally private property. Guests have access to the entire house and garden and have two golf carts at their disposal to move around.

The house has a housekeeper, a chef and a waiter to take care of the guests from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for the preparation and service of breakfast and lunch + daily cleaning. Service after 5:00 pm and dining service have an extra cost.

**CASA DE CAMPO REGISTRATION FEES for private villa guests**
Access to Casa De Campo is by invitation only, offering visitors total security inside the villa and within all areas of the resort.
A daily registration fee has been introduced by Casa de Campo for guests staying in private rented villas to gain access to the entire resort and use its facilities.

*USD 12.00 per child per night (ages 4 to 12)*

Please note that these additional charges are set by Casa de Campo and that Villa Mar y Lago is not responsible for them. The registration fee must be paid at check-in before accessing the resort, at the Villa Owners Club office located at the main guest entrance of Casa de Campo. (8:30 am to 10:00pm).
Each registered person will receive an ID card. This ID will grant the card holder access to the resort and other facilites including :
