Positive: We stayed at the Westin after a flight from San Juan. The location to O'Hare is excellent and the free shuttle is always appreciated. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. The bathroom was huge and we loved the shower!

Negative: Nothing-everything was perfect.

Summary: Wonderful room!
