Access to both units will allow for larger groups to enjoy the run of the first floor and provides a great opportunity for families to visit with their parents, siblings, or grandparents. This property is a family friendly building with 24 hour security, a beautiful pool area, and direct access to one of the best kite surfing beaches in the world.
Our family takes the global threat of sex trafficking extremely seriously and we have a zero tolerance policy with any activities related to prostitution (this is a historical problem on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic). We do not allow parties and if our security personnel suspect that any prostitutes have been solicited onto the property, our guests will be escorted out of the property immediately without a refund.
