LOCATION:
Buganvilla Mansion is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa has beautiful views of the lake and holes 7/8 (Buganvilla) at Cocotal golf course. The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating, etc.
Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.
The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay.
