Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was in a busy area around Plaza Friusa and had many shops and services in walking distance, even the bus terminal to Santo Domingo. The pool looked clean and was big. Staff at the reception tried to help with certain topics. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: The breakfast was very basic and was not fully available for one day, due to equipment failure. Staff preparing and serving breakfast were not friendly and even asked for extra tip for just providing the food. The coffee was not filtered well and not good. TV channels were very limited and reception was poor. Overall the maintenance was poor and many areas needed updates.

Summary: Low budget hotel for a few days
