Positive: Staff at beach was on the ball and very helpful Food was pretty good for all inclusive better than most

Negative: Pools were cold. Hot tubs were cold and dirty Ocean had a lot of glass and was dirty Wait times for a seat at a restaurant were ridiculously long Wait times at bars were super long

Summary: Definitely not a GREAT place. Too many big misses
