Positive: The entire hotel is beautifully designed, and has great amenities for the entire family. There are many pool options and bars. Our concierge Reinaldo was super helpful and catered to our every need. Thank you!!!! Victor in the beach area, Ronaldo and Aneuris in the buffet restaurant, Gilbert in the main pool bar, made our stay feel special.

Negative: I felt the hotel was understaffed for the amount of guests that were present, so the general service was lacking. The bars were not well stocked and the main buffet restaurant had limited food options.
