THE SPACE
Cocotal is one of the most sought-after addresses in Punta Cana - a secure, gated golf community famous for its tranquility and lush landscaping.
Inside the villa, you get an open-concept layout with high ceilings, large windows, and a signature indoor waterfall feature you won’t find anywhere else in the area. Step outside to your private pool and BBQ area, right by the villa’s entrance, or gather everyone around the dining table, which seats 12.
Each of the 6 bedrooms (1 with a king bed and 5 with queen beds) has its own en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and views of the golf course - except the 6th bedroom, which looks out onto the garden instead.
Cooling is built in: wall and ceiling vents plus ceiling fans throughout, with no bulky external units to work around. On top of the 7 full en-suite bathrooms, there’s a half-bath just for guests near the common areas.
The fully equipped kitchen covers everything you need to cook for the group, or arrange our optional private chef service in advance for a completely stress-free stay.
