The all-inclusive fee is not included in the rental price. The all-inclusive fee must be paid directly to the resort at time of arrival along with the resort fee.
As we continue to navigate the changing tides posed by this pandemic, our priorities remain the same – to protect the health and well-being of those who visit us and our employees.
We have faced increased costs due to government-mandated social distancing requirements, additional sanitization protocols and protective equipment for guests and staff. We are also making investments into our physical and virtual infrastructure. Hence the resort fees of $16 per person per night will be paid directly to the resort along with the all-inclusive fee upon arrival.
All major credit cards are accepted.
The all-inclusive fee is priced as follows:
Adults: $90 per adult per day (May, June, September & October).
$100 per adult per day (January-April, July, August, November & December).
Children 3-11: 50% off the above all-inclusive rates.
Children 0-2: Free.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 1pm.
As our guest you will receive complimentary transportation to and from the airport!

CHECK-IN
Check-in time for all accommodations is 3 PM.
If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 PM on the day of arrival. Should you arrive to the resort after 5 PM, you will only be able to check-in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night and will be issued non VIP bands. In order to check- in under your VIP reservation you must meet with customer service no later than 11 AM the following day.
All arrivals after 12 AM midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal.
Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present.
Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check-in.
CHECK-OUT
The check-out time at The Tropical is 1PM, all bands
and room keys must be returned to reception at that time in exchange for a check out ticket which allows use of the resort facilities until 3 pm. Requests for late check-out in the room must be made directly to hotel reception and are based upon availability. For those to wish to stay on resort premises after 3:00 pm, this can be done until 6pm for an additional cost per person per hour, payable to hotel reception.
